Shipping Policy
- We will ship the cheapest method possible
determined by the weight of your shipment. Shipping is a
costly service for everyone and we realize that.
However, we the incidence of lost packages we have
experienced with other services has been
signifcant and expensive. We feel it is
safer on larger & more valuable orders to use a shipper that automatically insures.
- You have the right to request another means of
shipping.
Make this decision at your own risk. If you do
not purchase insurance with your chosen shipper to cover the replacement
value of your package, Little Barn WILL NOT
replace your purchase.
- Little Barn is responsible for the
quality of your purchase and packaging of your
purchase until it is accepted by the shipper
for delivery to you. At that point, any
damage becomes the responsibility of the shipper
and should be addressed directly with them.
Should you need additional information to file a
claim with the shipper, please contact us.
- Please allow a minimum of 14 days for
delivery. If you have chosen to use the post
office, please allow 21 days.
- If you have a deadline, (for a workshop,
class, etc..) PLEASE order in advance so your
products have plenty of time to reach you.
As they say....if it can go wrong, it will!
Returns Policy
- Sale items are not returnable.
- We will accept returns with
authorization for 30 days from the date of
purchase for refund or credit toward another
purchase.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner as
payment. For example: purchased by credit
card & refunded by credit card.
- Returns must be in original weight and
condition.
- Returns made without authorization are
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
